Cobb Horizon students recently had the opportunity to participate in Reality U - a hand-on financial literacy seminar.  Students were given a budget and had to make important life decisions, such as paying the rent, paying for car expenses, buying food, etc.  Students learned that their life decisions now had impact on the amounts of money that they will earn in the future.  This annual event continuously has a great response from both students and staff and students are able to learn about budgeting and how to pay for things in the future.
