GA PRE-K Registration Information |
South Cobb Early Learning Center's GA PRE-K application window opens February 1, 2024. Any child who is a resident of Cobb County and is four years of age on or before September 1, 2024, is considered eligible. Please note: South Cobb Early Learning Center: 5891 Dodgen Road, Mableton, GA 30126 is the only CCSD location for GA Pre-K. Families must provide their own transportation to and from the school. There is an After School Program available on site.
How do I enroll?
1. Families new to CCSD: create an account for CCSD’s Online Registration at parentportal.cobbk12.org.
2. Families currently enrolled: log into your ParentVue account and add the Pre-K student.
Please Note: All applications must be SUBMITTED on or before 5:00 PM, March 15, 2024, to be included in the initial enrollment lottery. Space is limited.
All qualified applications submitted prior to the deadline of March 15, 2024, will be placed in the enrollment lottery. The district will notify parents of acceptance or waitlist status by EMAIL the week of March 25, 2024. *Please note: Applications received after March 15, 2024, will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which they were submitted. |
Student documents needed for registration:
1. Proof of residency (2) (must be home ownership/rental documentation and current monthly utility statement)
2. Current Immunization Record on Form 3231
3. Hearing, Vision, Dental & Nutrition Screening on Form 3300 (must be dated within 12 months of the 1st day of enrollment)
4. Certified Birth Certificate
5. Social Security Card
