Kell Graduation Rate Rises Once Again!
“Success is by design, not by chance.”
To find evidence of the truth of this quote, one needs to look no further than the trend in the graduation rate of Kell High School over the past four years. Since 2018, the graduation rate at Kell High School has continued an upward trend. Today, the Georgia Department of Education announced the 2022 Graduation rates, and we are proud to announce graduation rate has risen once again. Thanks to the continual effort and diligence of our students and staff, our graduation rate rose to 91.3%!!! This is the highest gain in the county with a 2.4% gain from 2021. Additionally, we have increased by 7.53% over the past 4 years, and students who have been Kell students for the duration of their four-year high school career graduated at a rate of 98.2%
While we are excited to see this trend continue, we know that this achievement is yet another example of how our community has embraced our mission of “One Team, One Goal, Student Success.” This accolade is just one example of all the fantastic accomplishments and attributes of our school, one that we know is the BEST community in Cobb County.
