Our high expectations help ensure our students are ready for college, career, and life. Under the guidance of our highly-qualified math instructors, students pursue conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application and modeling. Our balanced approach to mathematics encourages students to integrate new ideas into their growing knowledge of other subjects.

Our Curriculum

We use the Georgia Standards of Excellence as a framework to help students build a foundation for math success in school and in life. To meet NCHS graduation requirements, students must successfully complete four (4) math units during their high school career. We offer a variety of classes and electives for students to hone their math skills, and we offer tutoring services to help meet student needs.
