Dear Parents,
We want to make you aware of upcoming testing information. Please see the chart below with grade level specific assessments. Typically, these assessments are administered in late August – early September. These scores are used as screening data for gifted eligibility, advanced learning, and to inform classroom instruction.

Information regarding the gifted eligibility process may be found on the CCSD Advanced Learning website: Advanced Learning (cobbk12.org). The section titled “Gifted Learner Services” provides information about the State of Georgia gifted eligibility guidelines and gifted service models utilized in Cobb County. The section titled “Gifted Eligibility Process” under Helpful Videos directs you to a presentation outlining the gifted eligibility process.
