Thank you for your incredible support of Rocket Blast! Our final total...$35,141! Our Vaughan families raised 109% of our goal! We are so appreciative and can't wait to support our students and staff with these funds. Gaga Ball is Coming! |
We are beyond excited to announce that a gaga ball pit is coming to Vaughan! Because you attended Sparkles Spirit Night, those proceeds are being dedicated to construction of a gaga ball pit. Any car rider students not picked up by 2:30 will be placed in ASP and charged the $10 daily rate. Thank you for helping us keep afternoon dismissal safe, smooth, and efficient! Starting September 28, our 3rd–5th grade students who plan to purchase an extra item in the cafeteria must have a “Lunch Extras” ticket. Please take a moment to: ⭐ Review the list of Extras offered and their prices. ⭐ Check your child’s available funds in My School Bucks. 📄 Several tickets were sent home with each 3-5 student on Friday, September 11th. Tickets can also be printed from home by clicking this link: LUNCH EXTRAS TICKET. Thank you for helping us make lunchtime run smoothly! |
Our 1st and 3rd students will take the CogAT (Cognitive Abilities Test; October 5–7); an assessment designed to measure students’ reasoning and problem-solving abilities in areas such as verbal, quantitative, and nonverbal reasoning. Thank you for helping us encourage SOARing behavior each day! 💡 The PBIS Family Letter was resent on Friday to anyone who has not downloaded the app. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the letter. Please reach out to Mrs. Boone with any questions. nicola.boone@cobbk12.org Through the PBIS Rewards app, you can monitor your child's positive reinforcement through PBIS points as well as any behaviors in need of correction through minor tracking. |
