On March 21, 2025, Dodgen Middle School's Chamber Orchestra, made up of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in the Dodgen Orchestra program, performed before a national audience at the National Orchestra Festival, held in Atlanta, Georgia.   This performance was an invitation-only event where the top ensembles in the country were invited to perform in competition.   Out of all the middle school groups there - including magnet schools for the arts  - Dodgen placed 3rd in the country!   We are so proud of our students and their directors, Ashley Culley and Evelyn Champion for the many hours of rehearsal and effort given to provide this incredible opportunity to our kids.   We are so proud of our orchestra program!
