Welcome to Frey Elementary and the 2026-2027 school year!
am so excited to begin my fourth year as principal of Frey Elementary! The warm, welcoming atmosphere, supportive community, and smiling faces that fill our halls make Frey a truly special place, and I am honored to continue serving this incredible school community.
I am grateful for the strong relationships we have built, the memories we have created, and the successes we have celebrated. Each year, I continue to be inspired by our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make Frey such a special place.
This year, our theme is Frey Flames...Better Together! We believe that when students, staff, families, and the community work together, we create an environment where everyone can thrive. Throughout the year, we will celebrate the unique strengths and talents that each person brings to our school while recognizing that we are stronger when we support one another and work toward common goals.
As we begin this exciting new school year, we remain committed to our mission to Embrace, Encourage, and Empower every child. We will continue to provide meaningful learning experiences, foster strong relationships, and create opportunities for all students to reach their full potential.

I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your new Assistant Principal and to officially join the Frey family for the 2025–2026 school year!
As I begin my 25th year in education, I feel incredibly fortunate to be returning to my roots in Cobb County. I started my teaching career at Kennesaw Elementary and spent eight meaningful years there before moving to Paulding County when my boys started kindergarten. Over the past 17 years, I’ve served in a variety of roles—as a teacher, school administrator, and central office leader—all centered around supporting students, educators, and school communities.
As we head into a new school year, I am excited to Learn, Grow, and Lead alongside each of you. I believe in the power of relationships, high expectations, and collaboration—and I am confident that, together, we will make this a year full of growth, joy, and meaningful learning for all.
I’m also inspired by our shared mission to Embrace, Encourage, and Empower, and I look forward to contributing to a culture where every Frey Flame is valued, supported, and encouraged to shine.
