Transcripts

If you graduated prior to 2024, visit https://www.cobbk12.org/page/9866/student-records-and-transcripts

If you are a current student or a 2024 graduate, email Clifford.Donlan@cobbk12.org. Be sure to include in your email if you want an official or unofficial transcript, if you plan to pick it up or if we can release it directly to the college/institution. Unofficial transcripts are free for all students. Transcript requests will be completed as such: requested on Monday: ready on Wednesday; requested on Tuesday - Sunday: ready on the next Tuesday. Payment must be received in exact cash.

Class of 2024

Diplomas can be picked up in the main office during office hours. Your School Counselor sent your official final transcript for free to the institution indicated on the survey that you completed. Any additional official final transcript requests require a $2 charge per request.

Yearbook

If you ordered and paid for a yearbook, you can pick it up in the main office.

Certificate of Enrollment

Students should call 678.331.3961 to order the Certificate of Enrollment. They can be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. with $2 (exact money).
