That means valuing and listening to student voice, partnering with parents with both empathy and purpose, and creating opportunities that inspire critical thinking, challenge, and growth both inside and outside the classroom.

I want every stakeholder to understand what it truly means to be part of a team. We are all in this together, united in our shared goal of success for every student. I firmly believe that all students can learn, grow, and thrive. The support of our parents and community is essential to that success, and I am deeply grateful for all you do to help our students achieve their best.

The safety of our students, along with their academic growth, unique gifts and talents, and social development, are all deeply important to me. Just as important is how we treat one another. The way we care for and respond to others plays a vital role in Hillgrove’s success. Choosing deliberate kindness creates a powerful and lasting impact, and I will always champion that approach.

Open and consistent communication among students, parents, administrators, faculty, and staff is essential to this journey. Not only does what we communicate matter, but how we communicate matters too. I believe in supporting students as they step beyond their comfort zones, encouraging them to stretch, grow, and rise to new challenges in their learning.
