McClure Recognized as a Literacy Leader

McClure was recognized for literacy leadership by State School Superintendent Richard Woods. This recognition was based on our 2023-24 Milestones literacy proficiency as compared with the previous year. Shout out to our 6th Grade ELA and reading teams, who were recognized for exceptional growth. And shout out to our 8th Grade ELA and reading teams, who we recognized for achievement, with over 90% of our 8th graders scoring in the proficient or higher range in literacy. McClure was the only middle school in West Cobb that received this recognition, and we could not be more proud of our teachers and students!
