The Vendors are instructed to read carefully all Terms, Conditions and Specifications.  Proposal forms must be completed in their entirety.

All proposals accepted must be sealed with the envelopes marked with your Offeror name and “RFP 04-30-21, McEachern High School Track Surface Replacement”.  For mailing purposes, please address your proposal to McEachern Endowment Fund, Inc., 2400 New Macland Road, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127.  Attn: Terry Johnson, 770-362-6005.

Proposals may be hand delivered to the MEF 2400 New Macland Road, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, where the proposal acceptance will close April 20, 2021.

Please allow ample time for delivery of mail by the postal service.   Proposals received late will not be considered.

The McEachern Endowment Fund, Inc. (MEF) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities.
