While preparing for the new school year please obtain documentation from your health care provider regarding ALLERGIES, ASTHMA, DIABETES, SEIZURES or other health conditions that may require our assistance during the school day. You are invited to make an appointment to meet with your school nurse, obtain the appropriate paperwork and discuss your child’s needs before summer so that we can prepare for your child’s first exciting day of school.
