Janiyah is one of the most amazing students I have ever taught. She is determined and focused in the classroom. She was struggling at the beginning of the semester, but she has turned things around and is doing VERY well in American Literature now. She is proof that success comes from never giving up even when facing defeat. She inspires me. Today she showed me an acceptance letter to Georgia Southern. She is classified as an 11th grader, and she is graduating early. I am in awe of this young lady, and I know that she is going to accomplish her dreams! There is so much more I want to say because she is just that awesome, and I am not even sure if she knows it. She would be an excellent choice for Eagle of the Month.
