We’re inviting all parents and guardians to complete the Parent Perception of School Climate Survey to help us understand what you think about our school. Your feedback is essential in guiding our efforts to improve and grow.

What You Need to Know:

•    Purpose: To measure parent and guardian perceptions of our school.

•    Who Should Take the Survey?

o    Every parent or guardian is encouraged to take the survey for each school where you have a child enrolled.

o    If you have two or more children at the same school, please complete only one survey for that school.

•    Time Commitment: About 5–10 minutes.

•    Number of Questions: 22.

•    Confidentiality: Your responses are anonymous. Please avoid including names or specific details you do not wish to share.

•    Skipping Questions: If a question doesn’t apply, you may select “skip.”

Why Participate?

Your feedback will be provided to school leaders and used to make improvements at our school.
