We’ve officially launched past the $20,000 mark — and you know what that means…
π On September 11, our brave administrators worked from the ROOF! π«β¬οΈ
β¨ Our Glow Lunch on September 10 was a total blast — all thanks to hitting our $10k milestone! Neon vibes, glowing smiles, and lots of fun lit up the day!
π― But we’re not done yet! Our final target is $30,000 — and if we reach it, get ready to see administrators rolling around in giant hamster balls! πΉπ«
π You have until September 19 to donate and help us reach the finish line.
π On that same day, we’ll celebrate your incredible generosity with Field Day activities during specials — a well-deserved party for all your support! Families are invited during your child's specials time! Come join us if you can.

Class Updates:
Ms. Chow, Ms. Perkins and Ms. Deck all were mummified this week!
Ms. Bruce, Ms. Fortney, Ms. Morgan, Ms. Baker, Ms. Deck, Ms. Perkins and Ms. Chow were eligible for Astronaut Artists!
Ms. Sproat, Ms. Good, Mr. Buben, Ms. Bruce, Ms. Fortney, Ms. Morgan, Ms. Baker, Ms. Deck, Ms. Perkins, and Ms. Chow are able to have an outdoor picnic lunch!
π π 5th Grade Kickball Update! π π
π― Goals & Rewards:
Top 2 Classes (Currently:Estes and Fortney)
The two fifth grade classes that raise the most money will earn a Kickball Game Reward!
$5000 Goal for All Fifth Grade (Currently $4075)
If the entire fifth grade raises $5000 or more, everyone gets to participate in a Kickball Tournament!
Ultimate Trophy (Currently: Estes)
The #1 fundraising class will win the Ultimate Kickball Trophy to display proudly in their classroom!

We’re thrilled to announce that our school has been selected as one of the pilot schools for the Strong 4 Life program by Children’s HealthCare of Atlanta!
π§ Our students kicked things off by watching an inspiring video during morning announcements, and now they’re staying hydrated with their brand-new Strong 4 Life water bottles!
π¨ Eye-catching posters are now proudly displayed throughout our hallways, reminding everyone to live strong and healthy.

On October 2nd, we’ll be hosting a high-energy pep rally to celebrate our commitment to wellness and kick off the program in style!
Then in April, we’ll welcome the amazing team from Children’s HealthCare as they join us for a special celebration of everything we’ve accomplished through Strong 4 Life.

Cognia Surveys Available Sept 10 to Oct 17
The Cognia Student, Parent, and Staff Surveys are designed to collect data on student academic learning and wellness during the current school year. Participation in each survey is anonymous and voluntary, and participation is highly encouraged. The survey results will provide the Cognia Accrediting Agency, Cobb County School District, and local schools with data regarding student learning environment, staff input, and parent feedback to support continuous learning.
