Parents, please read carefully for information pertaining to the High School and Middle testing calendar. High School Georgia Milestones tests are called End of Course (EOC), and middle school tests are called End of Grade (EOG). Georgia Milestones EOG and EOC are state-mandated summative, standardized tests, and all are offered at the home/zoned school where transportation is provided. Georgia Milestones EOG and EOC are only offered in a small window of time and must be taken during that window. The EOC (High School) is 10% of the final grade. The EOG (Middle School) is not a component of the final grade but is important in determining high school course placement. Please make every effort to take the Milestones EOG/EOC at your home/zoned school to avoid having to take multiple tests on one make-up day.

Your home/zoned school will have your test tickets and will reach out with more details as we get closer to the Milestones testing window. Please reach out to your home/zoned school if you have specific questions or if you have not heard from the school a week in advance. COLA will not have procedures for individual schools.

A calendar is provided for both EOC and EOG tests, below. This is the schedule your home/zoned schools will follow. Please note that make-ups can also be handled at your zoned school. However, you will also see a make-up schedule at Cobb Horizon below the scheduling tables. Students who are unable to test on the regular testing days at your home school may come to Cobb Horizon on the Fridays listed in the make-up schedule, below. Please understand that Friday testing can be very tight on time, especially if you have multiple exams to take. An estimated time for completing all exams is provided in parenthesis.

Your teachers will know if you have an EOC or EOG to take. You may reach out to Jeff Hutson directly should you have more specific questions. Please do not respond through CTLS. Please email Dr. Hutson directly:
