📌 East Cobb Middle School Registration Information 

 All student registration is completed online.

If your student is new to the Cobb County School District or is a former CCSD student returning to the district, please use our secure online registration system to register your student and upload all required enrollment documents.

Note: Students rising from our feeder elementary schools do not need to register.

If your student is already enrolled in the Cobb County School District and you are changing schools due to a change of address, please log into your ParentVUE account to update your address and complete the process.

Registration Requirements:

1.  Current Immunization Form 3231:  Students entering 7th grade are required to have TDAP (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis), MCV (Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine) before entering school

2.  Dental/Hearing/Vision Form 3300

3.  Birth Certificate/Military ID/Passport/VISA

4.  SSN or Waiver

5.  Two proofs of residency (lease, mortgage or current utility bill)

6.  Final report card:  stating last grade level successfully completed

7th Grade Immunization Requirements:

As soon as your 6th grader turns 11 years old, they are ready to receive the following vaccines:

· Tdap vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, or whooping cough.

· Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY) helps protect against bacterial meningitis.

Both of these vaccines are recommended at age 11 and are required before entering 7th grade. Protect your child early by getting them vaccinated as soon as they turn 11.

Tan pronto como su hijo de 6 to grado cumpla 11 años, estará listo para recibir las siguientes vacunas:
