MORNING PROCEDURES | |
7:20 AM | Entry Bell rings- students go to class- buses begin unloading Students bring bus passes to the office for approval |
7:50 AM | Tardy Bell rings- all students should be in the building |
7:50 AM | WESE Announcements begins |
Students may begin entering the building at 7:20AM each morning. Parents must come inside the building to sign in their child when he/she is tardy.
Dismissal (for both regular days and early release days)
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES FOR REGULAR DAYS | |
2:00 PM | Afternoon announcements via intercom |
2:08 PM | After bell rings- All car riders K-5, day car riders, walkers, and bike riders-dismissed to the cafeteria |
2:10PM | 1st load bus riders in 5, 4 |
2:13 PM | 1st load bus riders in 3, 2, 1 |
2:17 PM | 1st load bus riders in K |
2:20 PM | ASP students dismissed Buses depart |
2:30 PM | Best Clubs, School Sponsored Clubs, and Girl Scouts students dismissed |
2:32 PM | 2nd load bus riders dismissed |
2:40 PM | Any carpool students not picked up are brought into the office. |

12:05 PM | Afternoon announcements via intercom- LISTEN with students |
12:18 PM | After bell rings- ALL car riders K-5, day car riders, walkers- dismissed to CAFETERIA & bike riders dismissed |
12:20 PM | 1st load bus riders in 5, 4 |
12:23 PM | 1st load bus riders in 3, 2, 1 |
12:27 PM | 1st load bus riders in K |
12:30 PM | ASP students dismissed Buses depart |
12:35PM | Non-ASP Enrichment students dismissed |
12:40PM | 2nd load bus riders dismissed |
12:40 PM | Carpool students must be picked up by this time or they are brought into the office and/or sent to A.S.P. |
