Schedules for Spring 2023 were made available on December 15, 2022.  It is important for students to carefully review their Spring 2023 schedule and transcript in order to ensure their scheduling is accurate.  

Please read all of the information below to ensure that you follow the proper procedures for verifying, and if appropriate, requesting a schedule change. 

If a student failed a course during the fall semester, a schedule adjustment may be necessary in order to ensure that he/she meets graduation requirements.  

Please remember that schedules are based on elective and core courses selected in Spring 2022.  Schedule changes will not be considered if the course a student was placed in, was requested or selected as an option during the registration process. If one of the following reasons applies, changes may be allowed: 

VALID CRITERIA FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES 

1. The student has already successfully completed the course. 

2. The student has not completed a prerequisite course that is needed. 

3. The student is a senior that needs a course to meet their graduation requirements. 

4. The student has an open period.   

5. Dual Enrollment student already enrolled in equivalent high school course. 

If you fit one of the criteria above, this link will be available on January 4- January 10 to request a change.  Elective changes will not be honored unless the student fits the criteria above.  

Note: If we are able to accommodate your schedule request, you will be able to view it in your StudentVue account. 

Only your first submission of the form will be used to evaluate if a schedule change is warranted.
