Dear Longhorn Nation,

We are excited to announce another year of growth in the Kell High School graduation rate! The class of 2023 saw a graduation rate of 93.8%, an increase of 2.5% from the previous year. This achievement represents a 10.03% increase over the past five years. Also impressive, of the 2023 graduates that we had in our building for a full four years, 99.5% of them graduated; the students who attended Kell for three years showed a graduation rate of 98.17%! Great things are happening at Kell, and this positive trend is not stopping.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of every member of the Longhorn family. It underscores the power of collaboration and demonstrates the impact of our shared mission statement: “One Team, One Goal: Student Success.” Our community, including educators, students, and parents, have worked hard and worked together to drive this positive trend.

We remain committed to maintaining and surpassing this level of success. By fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, we believe we can make even greater strides in the coming years.

We are immensely proud of this achievement and how it demonstrates that with a shared vision and collaborative mindset, we can empower our students to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. Thank you to our teachers, students, and parents for being an integral part of this success.
