Class of 2025 Graduation

Seniors and Senior Families,
Graduation is nearing and we are excited to celebrate our 2025 seniors this coming May! There is much on the horizon for them, and we are excited to share those details in the Commencement Information Packet linked below. Please review this packet for important information regarding Senior Week and the Commencement Ceremony.
Be sure to visit the CCSD Commencement Ceremony page for more information on the venue, directions, and how to livestream the ceremony.
Below is critical information to know now!
Commencement Ticket allocation is published on the Student Portal. You can access the Student Portal to see the number you have been allotted. If you are in need of additional tickets, review and complete the form linked below. Please note additional ticket requests are not guaranteed and any surplus tickets will not be given out until graduation practice on May 19, 2025. Any extra ticket requests are due by Friday, May 2nd without exception.
Cap and Gown Redistribution is set for Thursday, April 17, 2025 during all lunch periods. Any students who cannot pick up their replacement order on this date can get it from the front office between 7:45am – 3:45pm beginning the next day.
**IMPORTANT**
Keep your cap & tassel, but bring your gown with the wrong logo to exchange for the new, correct gown.
If you have not ordered your apparel, you must order ASAP. ATL Grad is the official Kell HS Graduation Apparel Vendor, and all Kell Graduates must have the Kell HS gown and tassel with the appropriate Longhorn logo, colors, and graduation year. You will not be allowed to walk in the ceremony with any cap/gown that is not purchased through ATLGrad: ATLGrad Cap and Gown Order Link.
Senior Walks at our feeder elementary and middle schools are an honored tradition. These dates and times have been attached to this page at the bottom.
Other Reminders:
- Graduates participating in the ceremony must turn in the Commencement Contract to the front office by May 2, 2025. This can be found as the last page in the Graduation Information Packet; hard copies can also be found in the front office.
- Students must be cleared of all fines, fees, and borrowed materials to be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony and/or receive their diploma. This includes return of textbooks and media center materials, school issued uniforms and fine arts equipment, parking fines/outstanding tickets, and CCSD issued laptops. Fees can be paid through MyPaymentsPlus (MPP).
- Textbooks, media center books/materials, and CCSD laptops should be returned to the Media Center specialist, John McLaughlin as soon as possible. Students who need laptops for final exams will have the opportunity to turn in devices on 5/15/25 and 5/16/25 in order to be eligible to participate in graduation.
