Fall 2026 Scheduling Information
All students enrolled at KMHS, McClure, or Pine Mountain were provided the opportunity to submit waivers and schedule change requests in April. These students should not make an additional request unless for the following reasons:
- Student is missing band, chorus, orchestra, or ROTC
- Student needs a CTAE or World Language for pathway completion (level two or three courses only)
- Student has registered for a CVA or GAVS course that requires a schedule change
If a student already has credit or is missing the pre-requisite for a course, the student’s teacher will submit a request.
Fall Semester 2026 Core Course Waivers
Students who were not enrolled at KMHS, McClure, or Pine Mountain in the spring, may submit waivers for course placement changes when there is disagreement with the course recommendation made by the teacher. To request a waiver for a Fall 2026 core class, please use Fall Semester 2026 Student Waiver Form link. Waivers requests may be made Tuesday, August 4th, at 3:30 PM, through Monday, August 10th, at 11:59 PM.
Important: the submission of a waiver request does not guarantee placement in the requested course. Waivers are processed based on seat availability.
Fall Semester 2026 Student Schedule Change Request
Students who were not enrolled at KMHS, McClure, or Pine Mountain in the spring can submit requests to change an elective course form using the Fall Semester 2026 Student Schedule Change Request Form link. The form opens for submissions on Tuesday, August 4th, at 3:30 PM and closes Monday, August 10th, at 11:59 PM.
Important: the submission of a request to change an elective course does not guarantee placement in the requested alternative course. Requests are reviewed based on the student meeting the requirements for placement in the requested course and seat availability.
