The Cobb County Department of Transportation (Cobb DOT) and the Cobb County School District (CCSD) are committed to the safe and efficient movement of traffic and pedestrians within Cobb County school zones. To improve traffic safety and operations, both agencies have cooperated to create a new and improved traffic flow for Sope Creek Elementary School (ES) that will allow for greater on-site queuing and alleviate current traffic backups on Paper Mill Road.
