AP Exam Information
If you wish to cancel an exam, College Board will institute a $40 cancelation fee. To clarify – this is not a Wheeler High School policy, as no late fee money goes to our school. All fees stay with College Board.
Waiver Reminder: If you cancel or do not show for a free exam (exams waived using the GA STEM waiver or the Free/Reduced Lunch waiver), the state will not cover the cost, and you will be charged $40 fee that must be paid.
Digital Reminder: All students must have a CCSD school device that is connected to Wheeler’s WiFi and has Bluebook downloaded on it to use for all digital portions of any AP exam (including hybrid FRQs). Students will NOT be allowed to use a personal device for testing or for personal hotspot uses.
AP Exam Location(s): ALL AP exams will be administered at Wheeler High School over two weeks in May. More information such as testing locations will be sent out after Spring Break.

Late testing will occur Monday, May 19, 2025 - Friday, May 23, 2025 for those that have specific conflicts with the original AP exam test date
