Cobb Youth Leadership, a Cobb Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program, is accepting applications for next year’s class.  The program, similar to Leadership Cobb, features monthly meetings that focus on different aspects of the Cobb County community (health, politics, public safety, community service, etc.) while developing leadership skills through interactive participation. Students also build friendships with other students from schools around the county, as well as meet and interact with local business leaders, elected officials, public safety and military leaders, and more! 

Driven, ambitious, and creative students are encouraged to apply to participate in the upcoming class that will start in August 2026. To be eligible for the program, all students must be currently in their sophomore year of school. It is our goal to have at least one student from every public and private school in Cobb County represented in the program. We respectfully request your help and support to accomplish this task.

The application and all materials must be received by midnight on Friday, April 17. Selections will be made in early June and all applicants will be notified of their status (accepted, alternate, not accepted) by the middle of June.

Financial assistance is available for anyone that should need it and may be requested on the parent commitment form. While we cannot guarantee every request will be granted, we do our very best to offer some kind of assistance to everyone who needs it so that they may be a part of the program.
