The Lassiter Trojans Swim & Dive program etched its name into the record books this season, as both the Boys and Girls teams captured the GHSA Division 5A State Championships, marking a historic achievement for the school.
This championship sweep represents the first-ever state title for the Lassiter Boys Swim & Dive team, while the Girls team secured its seventh back-to-back state championship, further cementing its legacy as one of the most successful programs in school history. It is the first time Lassiter has had both teams win state titles in the same season, a milestone that reflects the depth, dedication, and excellence of the entire program as well as the passionate coaching by Lassiter Coaches Brittany Hughes and Melissa Massey.
