2025 Commencement Information Packet

Osborne Commencement Ceremony will be held on May 22, 2025, in the KSU Convocation Center at 7:00 PM. Guest tickets will be requested online by the graduate via the Student Portal. The graduates will request the number of tickets desired for their guests. However, the graduate is not guaranteed the number of tickets requested. Graduates and parents/guardians should discuss the number of tickets the graduate should request for the family. Graduates who do not submit a request will receive a maximum of 2 tickets.
Each guest ticket for schools with a ceremony at Kennesaw State University will have a unique barcode and will be valid only for the ceremony, date, and time shown on the ticket. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Once a ticket is scanned for entry to the venue, it is no longer valid and cannot be re-used for further entry or re-entry.
Updated 4/3/2025:
The county will be publishing the ticket allocation numbers for commencement tickets in the student portal beginning at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Student can log into their student portal (https://studentportal.cobbk12.org) after 5:00 PM and they will know how many commencement tickets with will be receiving. Commencement tickets will be distributed at practiced on May 15, 2025.
If you graduated in December and no longer have access to the portal, please reach out to Ms. Glendenning (jennifer.glendenning@cobbk12.org) for your ticket allocation number.
