APEX Games Fundraiser Coming SOON!

Dear Families,
Thank you for your support of Palmer Middle School and the investments you make in your children’s lives. We’re so excited to introduce you to this year’s major fundraising initiative: the Palmer MS Apex Games that will start Tuesday, March 5th and end on Friday, March 15th with the Apex Games Event.
Students will then be challenged to get donations over 2 weeks from family and friends to help our school. Funds raised will be used for Instructional Resources & Technology, Student & Staff Recognition and Building Improvements. We’ll end the 2-week fundraiser with a celebratory event for students who participate in the fundraiser (think of field games, ninja warrior inflatables, loud music, high energy, and FUN!).
All students can participate in the activities throughout the three weeks. To be a part of the Apex Games event, a minimum of $30 raised for the school is needed.
You can help make our Apex Games Fundraiser successful by connecting your student to potential donors (family/friends) to acquire donations. Every student will receive a unique Access Code that will grant access to their own donation page. The more the word gets out, the more donations we will likely be able to gather for our school.
Students will learn how to navigate their donation page and when they get home, they can input phone numbers and emails of people they know. Daily challenges will be given (classroom and individual) to reward students that participate in the process of sharing the school’s donation page with the world. Any information collected is encrypted and protected by law, being used for the sole purpose of promoting this amazing initiative. Being a student-led fundraiser, this will also be a great opportunity to teach the students the concept of accountability: by actively helping out, they will be able to enjoy the benefits of the funds gathered for their own school.
