If you would like to volunteer/chaperone for field trips at Smyrna Elementary in any capacity:
Please complete the online form “Volunteer Application.” The application process may take up to 72 hours. Potential volunteers and chaperones must check their email for an invitation to approve moving forward with the background check.
Once you have completed the “Volunteer Application” and reviewed the video, please complete the brochure attached below and return it to your child's teacher.
In addition, please review the Mandated Reporting for Volunteers attachment to understand the protocol before volunteering at the school.
The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation’s goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
