Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

While arrival and dismissal efficiency is important, student and staff safety is our priority. Please be patient, kind, and understanding during arrival and dismissal. Students must be in the building by 7:50 am to be counted on time. Car riders wishing to eat breakfast in the café must be in the café by 7:40 am.
Afternoon transportation must be communicated through Go Safe. Any changes must be entered before 1:50 pm.
Morning Car Rider Procedures
Bus Rider Procedures
Enter the parking by turning to the right.
Be mindful of student and staff member safety: drive slowly.
If you must park, notify a staff member and travel entirely through the car line to the second-row park.
Parking in the front row is prohibited after 7:15 am.
There are two lanes. Switch lanes only when directed by a staff member.
When both lanes of traffic have completely stopped, a staff member will announce it is time to exit the vehicle.
Children should quickly exit their vehicle and cross to the sidewalk.
When your child is safely on the sidewalk, give a thumbs up out the window.
A staff member will signal one lane at a time to exit the parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Gaydon Rd. to exit.
Students should arrive at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Students must wait in the designated safety zone (6 giant steps from the bus) until signaled by the driver to load.
A parent or designated adult must meet Students under the age of eight at the bus stop, or the child will be returned to school.
Students must get on and off at their assigned stop. Any changes require a bus pass.
Students are expected to follow all bus rules and instructions from the driver. To ensure student and staff safety, discipline issues will be handled promptly.
Afternoon Car Rider Procedures
All student checkouts & transportation changes must be made before 1:45 pm.
There is a single afternoon car rider line.
Car rider tag must be visible to staff members.
Vehicles without a car tag will be asked to park, show identification, and sign student(s) out in the office.
The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects.
