Congratulations to Benjamin Gough for achieving artist of the week! Mr. Gurnow has shared some inspiring and kind things in honor of Benjamin! Mr. Gurnow says, “Ben’s musical excellence is demonstrated throughout the band program. From his solo in the marching band to his solos in jazz band, Ben raises the bar for the band program. We are very lucky to have Ben’s musical talents as part of the Allatoona Band program.” Ben has been doing band since the 6th grade and says to younger students, who also want to do band, to “have community.” It is important to make family and friends while playing in a band! Congratulations again to Benjamin! Make sure to congratulate him when you see him!
