Isabella Stringham is Allatoona’s artist of the week. She is in her senior year of high school and has been nominated by chorus teacher Mrs. Emily Cannon. She says, “Isabella is one of our senior chorus members; she is also one of our co-presidents for our chorus. Every day she comes in and gives her very very best. She is an amazing singer, a wonderful site reader, a great leader- she just encapsulates everything it means to be an Allatoona chorus member, and I am excited about all that she is going to accomplish this year as a singer, and all that she is going to accomplish in the future.” Isabella has been doing chorus since fourth grade but has enjoyed singing all her life. Singing has been her passion since she was a child, and she loves participating in the All-State and honors chorus. She says that she makes tons of friends in chorus, her direct quote being “I so do!” Isabella would like to major in chorus during college, her advice for younger students is, “If you find what you are passionate about, keep doing it. Don’t stop after you graduate, keep singing. And everyone always says, ’I can’t sing,’ but everyone CAN sing!” We wish our best congratulations to Isabella Stringham for receiving artist of the week. Allatoona is so proud of you and your continuous striving for excellence every day.
