Construction and Logistics
Construction and Logistics is responsible for:
- Management of Construction of all SPLOST-funded building, renovation, and modification activities
- Management of all the procurement of all non-SPLOST funded building, renovation, and modification activities at the local schools
- Oversight of furniture and equipment purchases and moves as affected by construction projects
- Oversight of placement, installation, and furnishing of temporary facilities such as portable classrooms
- Oversight and construction of any ADA modifications required at school facilities
