Ms. Taniya Ganguli-6th grade

2025-2026  Certified Teacher of the Year

Mrs. Ganguli began her teaching journey in India, where she taught in public schools and served as a part-time lecturer at a regional college. Inspired early by an outreach program in her missionary school in Calcutta, she developed a deep passion for inclusive education. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Calcutta and later earned a Master’s in Special Education from Kennesaw State University. A firm believer in the power of meaningful student-teacher relationships, she strives to create nurturing, inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive. Mrs. Ganguli is proud to be a part of the Simpson community and remains committed to student success through collaboration, compassion, and innovation.

Zella is an important part of our Eagle family and keeps us up and running every day! She takes the time to create relationships with our students while keeping our building in perfect condition!  She is always willing to jump in to help where help is needed! What a blessing she is to our staff and community!
