Floyd House System
The Floyd House system is an extension of our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions Supports) system and connects students and staff across all grade levels. There are six Floyd Houses, and every homeroom is assigned to a House. In addition every staff member at Floyd (non-homeroom teachers, admin, clerks, custodians, etc) are assigned to a Floyd House. Throughout the school year the House compete to earn points based on student competition, student spirit, student participation, academic achievement, reading competitions, and service projects. At the end of the school year the House with the most points will be crowned the House Cup Champions! We are many Houses but ONE Home … We are Floyd!!
