Osborne High School announced yesterday that they had made their decision for a new head football coach. Luqman Salam will take over the Cardinal program and will be looking to make strides and capitalize on some of the milestones from last season.
“We hope to build a football program that represents and highlights what’s special about the Osborne community,” Coach Salam said. “A football team that promotes the values of love, duty, brotherhood, and service, as well as a team that has a winning attitude and mentality on and off the field.”
Coach Salam has been in teaching and coaching for 17 years, last serving at Hillgrove as an assistant coach and at Wheeler before that.
