Episode 10 cover

In this episode of The Chairman's Brief, Mr. Scamihorn interviews Cobb Schools' Chief of Staff, Dr. Kevin Daniel. Dr. Daniel oversees several divisions, including Athletics, Policy and Planning, and Student Support. He started in 1993 as a teacher with Cobb Schools, moving through the ranks to become a school administrator, a principal, an assistant superintendent, and now, Chief of Staff.

Like the other Chiefs, Dr. Daniel works closely with the Superintendent to ensure that Cobb Schools continues to be the best place to Teach, Lead, and Learn. He also works closely with the many volunteers and community partners that help contribute to the Cobb family. In addition to many committed parents around the District, volunteers from the Cobb Chamber, local businesses, and churches also pitch in to help throughout the year.

"We are very fortunate to have so many volunteers," said Dr. Daniel. "Those volunteers make a huge difference in what we can do for our students."
