Below is important information regarding ASP registration for your child(ren) for the 2022-2023 school year if you previously set up an Eleyo Childcare Management Account and had a child(ren) registered in the Cobb County School District (CCSD) After School Program (ASP).
ENROLLING ADULT
You must be the enrolling adult as defined by CCSD to create a contract for a child. The Enrolling Adult as defined by Cobb County School District Policy is the parent/guardian with whom the student resides and who enrolled the student in school.
USING YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT
It is important that you do not set up a new account. The account you used last year is still active and is tied to your email address. If you do not remember your password, please follow these instructions:
CREATE A CONTRACT FOR EACH CHILD
You will need to create a new contract for each child who will be attending ASP for the 2022-2023 school year whether they are returning from last year or new to the program this year. To create a new contract, please follow these instructions:

REGISTRATION OPENING DATE
Registration for the After School Program (ASP) will open on Monday, July 18th.
When the registration period opens, you may create your contract(s) on the CCSD Eleyo Site: ELEYO
ASP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, there will be $20 Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee per child. Daily attendance will be invoiced weekly at a rate of $10 Per Day, Per Child.
