Explore life at Vaughan
Explore STEM every week
Every student visits the STEM lab each week, making hands-on investigation part of school life. Vaughan’s Glow Lab and Makerspace add different settings for exploring concepts and working with new ideas.
See learning take root
Vaughan’s STEM garden connects growing things with classroom learning. Fifth graders plan and manage outdoor gardens that connect social studies with hands-on learning.
Keep curiosity going at home
Family STEM challenges invite children and caregivers to design, test, and improve together. Projects use familiar materials, making it easier to turn an everyday question into a shared learning experience.
Connect with the school community
PTSA events and school traditions give families ways to join school life. Students also see leadership in action through BLAST classroom representatives, who contribute ideas and help with projects around campus.
Worth celebrating |
Vaughan students earned awards at the Cobb County School District Science Fair.
The Kiwanis Club selected fourth grader Jude Goodman as Vaughan’s Silver Pens writer.
Giving Through The Kids Heart Challenge
Vaughan students and families raised $7,322.35 through the Kids Heart Challenge.
